Once our patients approach us and choose our services for their surgeries, the initial step is to make a deposit payment for the hospital operation reservation. Upon landing and stepping out of the airport gate, our professional team warmly welcomes them and ensures a comfortable transfer to their hotel. Prior to the surgery, they are introduced to their doctor, and no fees are requested from the patient until the day of the operation. On the day of the surgery, the patient is picked up from the hotel with their dedicated patient assistant and brought to the hospital in the same personalized manner. After all accommodation and hospital procedures are completed, the payment is collected from the patient while waiting for their turn for the surgery, following a consultation with their doctor. This way, our patients enter their surgery confidently and without any financial concerns.
Please note that the fees are collected before the surgery, and cash payment is preferred.
