Once a patient chooses us for their surgery, we request a small deposit to confirm the hospital reservation.

🛬 Arrival & Hospitality

Upon arrival at the airport, our friendly team greets the patient and ensures smooth transfer to their hotel.

🩺 Doctor Introduction

Before surgery, the patient meets their doctor in person and receives all necessary explanations — with no additional payment required at this stage.

🏥 Final Payment on Surgery Day

On the day of surgery, the patient is accompanied by a personal assistant to the hospital. Payment is collected only after the final consultation, just before entering the operating room — ensuring confidence and peace of mind.

Please note that all payments are collected before surgery and cash is the preferred method.
